HillWheel operates in a high-compliance industry. We guarantee that all properties, from budget to luxury, within our network strictly adhere to local laws. Before listing, partner hotels must provide proof of:

  • Valid Fire Safety NOC (No Objection Certificate).
  • Active Health Trade Licenses and FSSAI certification (if food services are included).
  • Mandatory Police registration for guest record maintenance.
  • All necessary local municipal approvals.

We also integrate our booking frameworks with trusted global platforms including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Airbnb. Bookings made through these third-party integrations are also subject to their respective terms of service.

4. Pricing, Packages & Profit Margins

HillWheel operates on a transparent business model. Prices for individual bookings and premium packages (ranging generally from ₹2,000 to ₹20,000 per customer) include our operational margins (typically 10-30% on accommodations, standard commissions on flights, and standard margins on activities). This structure allows us to maintain our high safety and verification standards.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

While the travel industry is dynamic, HillWheel mitigates risk by prioritizing our travel brand, network building, and premium package creation before expanding into direct hotel ownership. However, HillWheel relies on the services of third-party vendors. While we stringently verify our partners, we cannot be held completely liable for unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, or direct negligence by independent contractors. Success and safety depend on mutual trust, branding, and adherence to these guidelines.
